If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who prepares the sale for personal use and not for the service of his personal activity (commercial, business, craft or freelance), then he is entitled to withdraw from the sale, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, according to Law 2251/1994, as amended by JM Z1-891 / 2013, informing us first in writing at and then returning the product to its original condition, incurring return costs and any reduction in the value of the products. You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement in all cases in which, with proven fault of, wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the pricing, in shipment, damaged during transport, poorly packed, etc.).
