If the customer is a natural person (consumer) who prepares the sale for personal use and not for the service of his personal activity (commercial, business, craft or freelance), then he is entitled to withdraw from the sale, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, according to Law 2251/1994, as amended by JM Z1-891 / 2013, informing us first in writing at info@e-lakshmi.gr and then returning the product to its original condition, incurring return costs and any reduction in the value of the products. The consumer should manage each product, which he receives in the way he would manage and examine it in a physical store, in order to ascertain its nature, characteristics and function. Managing a product that is different from the description above will not be accepted. Therefore, the consumer may be burdened with the reduction of the value of a product, if the management he has done in it exceeds the acceptable measure.
In case you have paid with a payment card, we immediately proceed to the order to the card issuer and we are not responsible for any delays in crediting the price to you that are not due to us.
We are not responsible and we will not compensate the consumer nor will the withdrawal produce results in case the damage to the goods has been caused by the fault of the consumer or in case of use which exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement in all cases in which, with proven fault of e-lakshmi.gr, wrong products or products of poor and defective quality were sold (error in receiving the order, in the pricing, in shipment, damaged during transport, poorly packed, etc.). In these cases, the customer has the choice either from the beginning not to accept the receipt of the product or, after receiving it, to return the product, within 14 days from the day of delivery.
In any case, the products must be returned in excellent condition, in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and the packaging of the product must be in excellent condition. In case they are not returned within 14 days then e-lakshmi.gr may not accept any return and replacement.
In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum return period for replacement may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced-repair must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied the product (eg DAT, Retail Rep. Etc.).
